权欲是人的重要本性。有权欲本无可厚非,但如果把权欲绝对化,演变为权力本位,就是人性的异化,就会成为权欲型犯罪的重要诱因。改革开放以来,由于权力本位盛行,我国权欲型犯罪呈现出许多新的特点。实践中,掌权者只要用权力本位指导自己的权力行为,就必然走上权欲型犯罪的道路,因为它将导致权力私有化,权力集权化,权力面子化和权力人治化。
Power is an important human nature. There is nothing wrong with the right to be entitled, but if the power of rights is absoluteized and evolved into the standard of power, that is, the alienation of human nature, it will become an important inducement for the crime of empowerment. Since the reform and opening up, due to the prevalence of power standard, the rights-based crimes in our country show many new characteristics.
