目的通过探讨不同外观等级的丹参药材和相关成分含量之间的一致性,为丹参饮片的分级管理提供依据。方法分别以丹参酮ⅡA和丹酚酸B为指标,用紫外分光光度法测定其脂溶性成分和酚酸性成分的含量,并进行方法学考察。结果通过研究发现不同外观丹参药材和相关成分含量之间有相关性,其中一级药材丹参酮ⅡA和丹酚酸B含量均比特级药材含量高,丹参节药材丹参酮ⅡA和丹酚酸B含量均较高,建议将丹参节入药。结论此方法简单,结果准确,可以用于指导研究丹参药材的分级管理。
Objective To explore the consistency of content of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and its related components in different appearance grades to provide the basis for the classification management of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae Pieces. Methods Tanshinone Ⅱ A and Salvianolic acid B were used as indexes respectively, and the contents of fat-soluble and phenolic acids were determined by UV spectrophotometry. The methodological study was also conducted. Results Through the study found that there are correlations between the different appearances of Salvia miltiorrhiza and related components, including the content of tanshinone ⅡA and salvianolic acid B in the first-grade medicinal materials are higher than the superior-grade medicinal materials, the contents of tanshinone ⅡA and salvianolic acid B High, it is recommended to Salvia medicine. Conclusion This method is simple and accurate. It can be used to guide the research on the classification management of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae.
