采用盆栽方法研究了前期干旱对春小麦几项生理指标的影响、施肥与抗旱性的关系及不同品种的差异。结果表明,前期干旱使脯氨酸含量变化呈现明显的阶段性;干旱增大气孔扩散阻力,减弱蒸腾速率,降低叶片含水量。抗旱品种克旱7号具有脯氨酸含量较低,叶片含水量高,上表皮蒸腾速率小,气孔扩散阻力大等生理特点。施肥可改善生理状态,是提高小麦抗旱性的有效措施。
Pot experiments were conducted to study the effects of early drought on several physiological indices of spring wheat, the relationship between fertilization and drought resistance and the differences among different cultivars. The results showed that the prophase drought changed the content of proline obviously, the drought increased the stomatal diffusion resistance, reduced the transpiration rate and decreased the leaf water content. Drought drought-resistant varieties Khan 7 has low proline content, high leaf water content, upper epidermal transpiration rate, stomatal diffusion resistance and other physiological characteristics. Fertilization can improve the physiological status, is an effective measure to improve the drought resistance of wheat.
