针对电力活塞式电动机电磁驱动系统的高能耗问题,建立了混合驱动系统数学模型,以气隙磁密和电磁力为主要研究对象,对电磁永磁混合驱动系统进行了仿真研究,得到不同电流工作模式下电磁永磁混合驱动系统的电磁特性曲线.结果表明50 A~100 A工作电流模式下,电磁力的工作范围为[54.89 N,4097 N],气隙磁密工作范围为[0.135 T,1.393 T],有效提高了电磁力和气隙磁密的工作范围,验证了电磁永磁混合驱动方案的有效性和可行性.“,”In view of the problem of high-energy consumption in the electromagnetic motor driving system, the mathematical model of the hybrid-driven system is established. The air-gap magnetic flux density and electromagnetic force are taken as the main research object, the hybrid-driven system is researched and electromagnetic properties of the hybrid-driven system with different working current modes are obtained. The results show that the value of the operating space of the electromagnetic force ranges from 54.89 N - 4097 N and the value of the operating space of the air-gap magnetic flux density ranges from 0.869 T - 1.393 T under different working current modes of 50 A~100 A; the operating space of electromagnetic force and air-gap magnetic flux density are improved effectively, the effectiveness and feasibility of the hybrid-driven scheme are verified.
