本文分两部分:第一部分谈企业经营预测;第二部分谈多品种、小批量生产销货计划编制方法。现代管理的重点在经营,经营的重点在决策,决策的重点在预测。预测方法:(1)动态分析法;(2)经验估计法;(3)市场调查法;(4)综合意见法;(5)相关预测法;(6)统计分析法。综合运用这些方法进行预测,根据预测作决策,订计划,进行潜在问题分析,并付诸实施和检查。生产销货计划是企业各项计划的主体,生产作业计划是指导企业生产活动的中心环节。生产销货计划一定要面向用户,满足需要,适应市场、指导生产,符合客观经济规律。
This article is divided into two parts: the first part talks about business operation forecast; the second part talks about the method of multi-variety, small-batch production and sales planning. The focus of modern management is on operations. The focus of operations is on decision-making, and the focus of decision-making is on forecasting. Prediction methods: (1) dynamic analysis method; (2) empirical estimation method; (3) market survey method; (4) comprehensive opinion method; (5) correlation prediction method; (6) statistical analysis method. Comprehensively use these methods to make predictions, make decisions based on predictions, make plans, analyze potential problems, and put them into practice and check. The production and sales plan is the main part of the company’s various plans. The production operation plan is the central link to guide the company’s production activities. The production and sales plan must be user-oriented, meet the needs, adapt to the market, guide production, and comply with objective economic laws.
