二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸银修饰电极法测定大米中的微量硒(Ⅳ)

制备二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸银(DDTCAg)修饰电极,并运用该电极建立了测定硒(IV)测定新方法。实验表明,DDTCAg修饰电极在Cl--Se(IV)体系中产生一对灵敏的氧化还原峰,pH4.56缓冲溶液中,固定Cl-浓度为8.0mmol/L,记录-1.0~1.0V循环伏安曲线,其氧化峰电流与硒浓度在1~35μg/L范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.9946,检出限为0.2μg/L。成功用于富硒大米中硒含量的测定。 Preparation of silver diethyldithiocarbamate (DDTCAg) modified electrode, and the use of the electrode to establish a determination of selenium (IV) Determination of new methods.
