试验结果表明,羟锈宁与粉锈宁对小麦叶锈菌具有相似的作用方式。羟锈宁在抑制孢子萌发,保护和治疗特性方面具有更明显的效果。而粉锈宁的气相活性优于羟锈宁。内吸活性大体相同。用羟锈宁和粉锈宁分别进行种子处理后,随着药剂浓度的提高小麦种子的萌发越受到明显地抑制,若用200ppm 或400ppm 浸种,出苗时间将被推迟1—2天,而低于100ppm 时对出苗没有影响,当用这两种杀菌剂100ppm 分别浸种时,幼苗的生长不仅矮壮,浓绿,而且对小麦叶锈菌具有明显的预防和治疗效果。
The test results showed that the trimethoprim and triadimefon had a similar mode of action on wheat leaf rust.
