广东韶关电厂9#锅炉型号HG-670/140-WM10,系国内某锅炉厂的超高压参数带一次中间再热的单汽包自然循环锅炉,过、再热蒸汽压力为13.7MPa╱2.5MPa,过、再热蒸汽温度为540℃/540℃,锅炉额定蒸发量为670t/h。 2005年8月9日因水冷壁管泄漏紧急停炉。水冷壁管规格为φ60mm×6.5mm,材质20G。入炉后检查发现,第一泄漏点在炉后墙水冷壁右后侧燃烧器角部,右数第4根水冷壁管,在由下往上数第2个看火孔处发生泄漏,泄漏口宏观形貌如图1所示。裂纹位于看火孔上弯头外侧,长度约70mm,裂纹为脆性开裂,无减薄。图示的外表面凹坑经分析为该管泄漏后吹损第3根管,由第3根管反吹过来导致原泄漏点表面的吹损减薄,局部已有破口,这些破口为塑性裂口。裂纹有上下2条,上下裂纹之间仍余有少量金属。上裂
