杭州汽轮机厂是国家计委、部科技司“八五”期间重点技术推广项目——成组技术的示范厂。部设计研究院是该项目的技术依托单位。自90年下半年年以来,厂、院、校(协作单位有浙江大学和上海机械学院)成立了联合设计组,决定参考引进成组技术软件原型,在Simens7579c计算机上开发成套的软件。联合设计组于91年5月份完成了该系统的可行性论证报告,9月份完成了系统分析和总体设计报告,于10月22～23日在杭州举行了评审会。评审会由机电部科技司主持。浙江省机械厅、杭州市机械局、杭州汽轮机厂和部设计研究院的领导以及参加联合设计组的部设计研究院、杭州汽轮
Hangzhou Steam Turbine Factory is a demonstration plant of the key technology promotion project during the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” of the State Planning Commission and the Ministry of Science and Technology. The Ministry of Design and Research Institute is the technical support unit of the project. Since the second half of 1990, factories, schools, and schools (collaborators include Zhejiang University and Shanghai Institute of Mechanical Engineering) have established a joint design group and decided to refer to the introduction of prototypes of group technology software to develop complete software on the Simens 7579c computer. The joint design team completed the feasibility study report for the system in May of the same year. In September, the system analysis and overall design report were completed. A review meeting was held in Hangzhou from October 22nd to 23rd. The review will be chaired by the Department of Mechanical and Electrical Technology.
