以YAC-1为靶细胞,采用~(125)IUdR释放法研究抗炎6号对小鼠脾自然杀伤细胞(NK)活性的影响与作用机理。结果表明:体内不同的给药剂量与时间均能不同程度地增强小鼠脾NK活性,其活性高峰在给药后12~72小时。作用机理研究提示,药物体内促进NK活性的作用与其具有解除正常巨噬细胞(Mφ)对NK细胞的抑制作用和激活Mφ而介导的增强NK活性有关,呈Mφ依赖性。
Using YAC-1 as a target cell, the effect of anti-inflammatory No.6 on natural killer cell (NK) activity of mouse spleen was investigated by ~(125)IUdR release method and its mechanism of action. The results showed that different doses and time in vivo can enhance the spleen NK activity of mice in different degrees, and the activity peak is 12 to 72 hours after administration. The study of the mechanism of action suggests that the role of the drug in promoting NK activity in vivo is related to its ability to relieve the inhibition of NK cells by normal macrophages (Mφ) and the enhanced NK activity mediated by activation of Mφ, and is Mφ-dependent.
