各位代表、各位同志、各位先生们:筹备很久的陕西省农民代表会议,今天胜利的开幕了,我代表中共中央西北局和西北军政委员会,向大会致以热烈的祝贺之忱!我们陕西农民从辛亥革命起以至大革命时期,曾有过许多轰轰烈烈光荣斗争历史的,特别是十年土地革命,八年抗战和人民解放战争中,更创造了许多可歌可泣的奇迹,远如渭华暴动,枸邑暴动,近如解放战争中农民热烈的参军支前胜况,没有过去的历史,就不会有今天的胜利。现在距辛亥革命快四十年了,今天才算真正胜利了。我们必须抚今思昔,对全陕西在多次革命战争中牺牲的英雄们烈士们,永远的追念;他们的功绩,将永垂不朽!大家有来自陕北老区的,有来自关中和陕南新区的。新老区农民十余年来被蒋胡匪帮分割着,称解放区为『匪区』,称解放区农为为『匪民』,今天大家到一起了,可以互谈心事了,因此这个会,也可以叫做新老区农民大会师,使我们分外感到亲切。老区已经过土地革命和多年来战争的
