目的研究并探讨综合干预提高急诊科护士职场暴力应对的影响。方法选取2015年2月-2016年7月期间深圳市宝安区福永人民医院急诊科共78人护士作为研究对象,采取计算机单盲分组法,随机将护士分为对照组和观察组各39人,对照组护士除加强医院环境干预外不接受特殊干预,观察组护士接受综合干预,比较两组急诊科护士的职业紧张评分、焦虑抑郁评分、职业应对评分。结果干预后,观察组的职业紧张评分、焦虑评分、抑郁评分、消极应对评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其积极应对评分则高于对照组护士,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急诊科护士实施综合干预,可有效缓解其职业紧张感,促进其心理健康,提高职场暴力应对能力,有利于稳定急诊科护士队伍。
Objective To study and discuss the effects of comprehensive intervention on the workplace violence response in emergency department nurses. Methods A total of 78 nurses in emergency department of Fuyong People’s Hospital of Bao’an District of Shenzhen City from February 2015 to July 2016 were selected as study subjects. The nurses were randomly divided into control group and observation group of 39, The nurses in the control group did not receive any special intervention except for strengthening hospital environment intervention. The nurses in the observation group received comprehensive intervention, and the occupational stress scores, anxiety and depression scores, and occupational coping scores of the two emergency department nurses were compared. Results After intervention, the occupational stress scores, anxiety scores, depression scores and negative coping scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05), and the positive coping scores were higher than those in the control group There was statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive intervention for emergency department nurses can effectively relieve their occupational stress, promote their mental health, enhance the ability to deal with workplace violence and stabilize the emergency department nurses team.
