抗结核病的药物疗法,是结核病综合治疗中一个主要部分,异烟肼(以下称INH)由于它抗菌效力强,付作用小,可以长期口服,价格低廉等优点,故为抗结核病药物疗法的主药,临床上常作为首选药物应用。仅将有关INH的几个问题综述于下: 异烟肼的作用机制 INH的化学结构虽然简单,但它的抑菌机制仍然不甚明了。其机制如下: 1.抑菌作用为对结核杆菌的氨基转化酶及色氨酸酶和磷酸吡哆醛引起损害所致。
