目的观察短期胰岛素泵对严重高血糖的初诊2型糖尿病患者C-肽的影响。方法对60例初诊2型糖尿病住院患者应用胰岛素泵短期强化治疗1周,比较用泵前后血糖、C-肽变化。结果60例患者的空腹、餐后2h血糖分别于治疗后(2.8±1.8)d、(8.3±3.6)d达到良好控制,空腹血糖由(20.4±3.8)mmol/L降至(6.00±0.17)mmol/L,餐后2h血糖由(26.6±5.8)mmol/L降至(9.7±2.3)mmol/L,且未见明显低血糖。治疗后C-肽明显高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对伴明显高血糖的初诊2型糖尿病患者,胰岛素泵短期强化治疗具有快速稳定控制血糖和显著改善胰岛β细胞功能的作用。
Objective To observe the effect of short-term insulin pump on C-peptide in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients with severe hyperglycemia. Methods Sixty newly hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were treated with short-term intensive insulin pump for 1 week. The changes of blood glucose and C-peptide before and after pump were compared. Results The fasting and postprandial 2h blood glucose of 60 patients were well controlled after (2.8 ± 1.8) days and (8.3 ± 3.6) days respectively, and the fasting blood glucose decreased from (20.4 ± 3.8) mmol / L to (6.00 ± 0.17) mmol / L and 2h postprandial blood glucose decreased from (26.6 ± 5.8) mmol / L to (9.7 ± 2.3) mmol / L, and no obvious hypoglycemia was observed. After treatment, C-peptide was significantly higher than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion Short-term intensive insulin treatment of patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus with obvious hyperglycemia has a rapid and stable control of blood glucose and a significant improvement of pancreatic β-cell function.
