用HRP法和ARG法研究了大鼠楔形核(CnF)与下位脑干及脊髓之间的传入和传出纤维联系。结果表明:1.CnF的传入纤维主要来自双侧中脑中央灰质、脑桥嘴侧网状核、脑桥尾侧网伏梭、脑侨被盖网状核和脑桥腹侧网状核、巨细胞网状核、外侧巨细胞网状核和对侧的CnF,脊髓可能有较少的传入到CnF。2.除脊髓外,CnF的下行投射分布到上述核区及下丘深层、蓝斑、中缝大核、中缝苍白核和外侧网状核。本文还讨论了CnF参与痛与镇痛的形态学基础。
The afferent and efferent fiber connections between the rat wedge nucleus (CnF) and the inferior brainstem and spinal cord were studied by HRP and ARG methods. The result shows: 1. The afferent fibers of CnF mainly came from the bilateral midbrain central gray matter, the pontine reticular nucleus, the caudal pontic of the pontine, the reticulated nucleus of the cerebral plexus and the ventral reticular nucleus of the pons, the giant cell reticular nucleus, the lateral Giant cell reticular and contralateral CnF, spinal cord may have less afferent to CnF. 2. In addition to the spinal cord, CnF downlink projection distribution to the above-mentioned nuclear region and the inferior colliculus, locus coeruleus, meso-stalk nucleus, meso-stalk pale nucleus and lateral reticular nucleus. This article also discusses the morphological basis for CnF participation in pain and analgesia.
