我国为美国泛美太平洋卫星公司发射通信卫星的合同于1987年10月9日在北京正式生效。这是我国为国外发射卫星的第一个正式生效的合同。这一合同是今年2月20日在北京签订的。
Our contract for the launching of communications satellites for the Pan-American Pacific Satellite Corporation of the United States came into force on October 9, 1987 in Beijing. This is the first official contract that China has made to launch satellites for other countries. This contract was signed in Beijing on February 20 this year.
