针对液压支架护帮使用中出现的结构破坏情况,根据公司支架型式测试标准《高可靠性液压支架安全性测试要求》中的护帮测试条件要求,对护帮模型进行适当的简化和约束设置,运用有限元分析计算方法,对常规设计的护帮结构进行计算,得出不同工况下护帮应力分布,结合护帮使用中出现的损坏情况,提出护帮设计的改进方向,并对改进后的结构进行计算、对比,提出护帮设计的理念,提高护帮在井下使用的稳定性及维护效率。
