为了研究黑龙江省国有林场职工住宅建筑的节能现状,本文对黑龙江省海林市大石沟林场职工住宅建筑进行了调研和分析。通过使用温度采集记录器、传热系数现场检测仪和手提式红外热像仪等设备,对住宅建筑室内温度、外围护结构传热系数及热工缺陷等进行了测试。分析表明,该地区住宅建筑存在室内温度低、舒适度差和能耗高等问题。针对以上问题,本文提出了布局优化、提高围护结构保温性能、加强门窗保温等措施。这些措施将有助于改善该地区住宅建筑的人居环境,减少能源消耗和温室气体的排放。
In order to study the energy-saving status quo of the residential buildings of state-owned forest farms in Heilongjiang Province, this paper investigated and analyzed the residential buildings of DashiGou Forest Farm in Heilongjiang Province. Through the use of temperature acquisition recorders, heat transfer coefficient on-site detector and portable infrared camera and other equipment, the indoor temperature of the building, the heat transfer coefficient of the outer envelope and thermal defects were tested. Analysis shows that residential buildings in the area have problems of low indoor temperature, poor comfort and high energy consumption. In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward the layout optimization, improve the insulation performance of the envelope, and strengthen measures such as insulation of windows and doors. These measures will help to improve the living environment of residential buildings in the area and reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions.
