从小鼠腹水肿瘤细胞提取的TuRNA在体外能抑制正常小鼠脾淋巴细胞RNA合成,其作用随着TuRNA与淋巴细胞温育时间的延长(2—8h)和TuRNA剂量的增加(25—100μg)而逐渐椰强。~(51)Cr释放实验表明,TuRNA还抑制正常小鼠脾淋巴细胞介导的细胞毒功能,提示TuRNA能影响正常淋巴细胞的免疫功能。并进一步指出,TuRNA具有抗RNaseA的特性,且溶于2MLiCl溶液中。本文还初步探讨了带有腹水肿瘤小鼠脾淋巴细胞RNA的合成。脾淋巴细胞被ConA刺激后,在6h或8h期间,RNA合成分别下降了33.2%和39.0%,与正常小鼠脾淋巴细胞RNA合成相比,有显著地差异。
TuRNA extracted from mouse ascites tumor cells inhibited RNA synthesis in splenic lymphocytes of normal mice in vitro, and its effect was associated with the prolonged incubation time of TuRNA and lymphocytes (2-8 h) and the increase of TuRNA dose (25-100 μg).
