本文介绍了氧化亚铁硫杆菌经驯化后对淋浸铀矿条件的适应性。菌浸液多次循环氧化再生返回淋浸,获得浸出率大于95%,节省用酸量30%和省去软锰矿(MnO240%)2.0%的结果。并探讨了细菌氧化再生液淋浸铀矿的基本原理、过程及若干影响因素,逆流淋浸方式,菌浸液氧化再生技术及氧化亚铁硫杆菌在提铀工艺过程中的其它技术问题。
This article describes the adaptability of Thiobacillus ferrooxidans to conditions of leaching uranium after acclimation. The bacterial infusions were repeatedly oxidized, regenerated, and leached again to obtain a leaching rate of more than 95%, an acid saving amount of 30%, and a result of eliminating 2.0% of pyrolusite (MnO240%). The basic principle, process and some influencing factors of leaching uranium deposit by bacterial oxidant reclaimed liquid, counter-current leaching mode, oxidative regeneration technology of bacterial leachate and other technical problems of Thiobacillus ferrooxidans in the process of extracting uranium were discussed.
