以薰衣草花为原料,采用超声强化水蒸汽蒸馏法(USHD)对精油的提取工艺及进行了研究。分析了多种因素对薰衣草精油提取率的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件:超声功率160 W,超声强化时间15 nin,液固比15:1,硫酸镁浓度10 g/L。在上述工艺条件下,所得精油提取率为0.83%,为传统水蒸气蒸馏法(HD)的2.07倍。采用GC-MS对两种方法所得精油进行了分析,分别鉴定出USHD和HD精油中的32种和31种化合物,两种方法所得精油的主要成分无明显差别,但在含量上有明显差别。
Using lavender flower as raw material, the extraction technology of essential oil by ultrasonic enhanced steam distillation (USHD) was studied. The effects of various factors on the extraction rate of lavender essential oil were analyzed. The optimum technological conditions were determined: ultrasonic power 160 W, sonication time 15 nin, liquid - solid ratio 15: 1 and magnesium sulfate concentration 10 g / L. Under the above process conditions, the extraction rate of the obtained essential oil was 0.83%, 2.07 times that of the conventional steam distillation (HD). The essential oils obtained from the two methods were analyzed by GC-MS, and 32 and 31 compounds were identified from the USHD and HD essential oils respectively. There were no significant differences in the main components of the essential oils obtained from the two methods, but significant differences were found.
