目前多数厂生产的人参精是采用渗漉法。这种方法生产的人参精优点是参味浓、澄明度好、质量符合标准。缺点是渗漉时间长,产生大量的含有皂甙的废渣。按传统工艺,这些废渣都被扔掉。近年来我们与东北师大协作采用渗漉与煮提相结合方法生产人参精,这样除保证原有质量优点外,可以使人参中皂甙提取较完全,比原工艺增加人参精收率3~4%,同时,还可以从废渣中提取出8~10%水溶性人参多糖。从动物实验证明,人参多糖能增强机体的免疫功能,对小鼠S-180有40~60%的抑瘤率。操作方法:人参精渗漉法按传统工艺。
