目的探讨动态血糖监测探头最佳植入位置,以获得理想的血糖图谱。方法将120例2009-10-2010-05在郑州大学第五附属医院住院的均符合1999年WHO糖尿病诊断标准的2型糖尿病患者,同时进行动态血糖监测,随机分为2组;实验组通过测量腹围(WC)、评估局部情况确定探头的植入位置,对照组采用常规方法植入;观察两种方法探头72 h电流信号情况、报警情况。结果实验组电流信号、报警情况均优越于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.897,P<0.01;χ2=5.560,P<0.05)。结论通过测量WC、评估皮肤局部情况,确定探头的植入位置,电流信号稳定,报警情况减少。
Objective To investigate the best placement of dynamic glucose monitoring probe in order to obtain the ideal blood glucose spectrum. Methods A total of 120 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were hospitalized in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from 2009-10-2010-05, all of whom were in line with the 1999 WHO diagnostic criteria for diabetes, were randomly divided into two groups. In the experimental group, Abdominal circumference (WC), evaluate the local conditions to determine the placement of the probe, the control group were implanted by conventional methods; observed 72 h current signal of the two methods, the alarm situation. Results The current signals and alarm conditions in the experimental group were superior to those in the control group (t = 5.897, P <0.01; χ2 = 5.560, P <0.05). Conclusions By measuring the WC, assessing the local condition of the skin, determining the placement of the probe, the current signal is stable and the alarm condition is reduced.
