我国各大集装箱枢纽港口多分布在沿海,这些港口95%的集装箱内陆集疏运靠公路和铁路完成,集装箱内河集疏运输冷冷清清,这与我国分布广袤、发育充分的江河湖岔水路运输资源和内河比公路铁路低廉运输成本的特点相比极不相称。
