采用化学分析、电解分离、X光衍射和金相检验等手段,对气缸套生产过程进行跟踪取样得到的渣样和铁水样及失效件进行了分析.结果表明,气缸套内壁存在的块状缺陷是以Fe_3O_4为主的氧化物.
The slag sample, hot metal sample and hot metal sample which were tracked and sampled from the production process of cylinder liner were analyzed by means of chemical analysis, electrolytic separation, X-ray diffraction and metallographic examination.The results showed that the lumps existed in the inner wall of cylinder liner Defects are Fe_3O_4-based oxide.
