工会经费审查委员会的近期目标围绕国家十年规划和“八五”计划,各级工会正在制订五年规划。全总经费审查委员会在1990年四次全会上提出的三年半奋斗目标的基础上,作了进一步详细的规划。初步设想的主要目标是:全面落实工会十一大通过的《全国总工会第十届经费审查委员会工作报告》和工会十一大通过的有关决议和内容。建立和健全各级工会经审会的组织和办事机构。按照群众路线和民主集中制,经费审查工作作到经常化、程序化、制度化、规范化。实现工会经济方面的群众化、民主化建设。监督协助工会领导,加强财务工作,兴办一些为职工服务的各种事业,积累为职工服务的一批可观的资金和资产,为发展工运事业,解决职工切身利益,奠定较好的经济物质基础。使工会的凝聚力和吸引力进一步增强,团结广大职工为实现“八五”计划而努力奋斗。加强工会经审工作的思想建设 The immediate goal of the union funds review committee revolves around the national 10-year plan and the “Eighth Five-Year Plan”, and the trade unions at all levels are now formulating a five-year plan.
