目的:建立HPLC法测定加味逍遥丸中芍药苷的含量。方法:色谱柱:Dikmond C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.5mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-0.05mol磷酸氢二钠(用0.05M磷酸二氢钾调pH至7.0)(35:65),检测波长:321nm,流速:1.0ml·min~(-1)。结果:芍药苷浓度在15.75~126.00μg·ml~(-1)的范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),平均加样回收率为99.95%(RSD= 0.1%)。结论:本法精密度高、重复性良好,可用于控制加味逍遥丸中芍药苷的含量。
Objective: To establish HPLC method for determination of paeoniflorin in Jiawei Xiaoyao Pills. Method: Column: Dikmond C 18 column (250 mm × 4.5 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase: methanol - 0.05 mol disodium hydrogen phosphate (adjust pH to 7.0 with 0.05 M monobasic potassium phosphate) (35:65) , Detection wavelength: 321 nm, flow rate: 1.0 ml·min~(-1). Results: In the range of 15.75~126.00 μg·ml -1 , paeoniflorin concentration was linear to the peak area (r=0.999 8). The average recovery rate was 99.95% (RSD = 0.1%). Conclusion: This method has high precision and good repeatability and can be used to control the content of paeoniflorin in Jiawei Xiaoyao Pills.
