SSJ150～18型双轨道物料输送机是一种新型的物料垂直输送机具(图1),该产品是我所的科研成果,于1987年1月通过了局级技术鉴定。可用于六层以下房屋建造和维修,输送各种建筑材料。而且可根据不同坡度的屋面调节变幅架,使轨道直接铺设到屋面上。该机的出现将改变目前“垂直式”输送物料中所带来的工人劳动强度大,工作效率低,安装费时等状况。可缩短房屋维修和建造周期,降低施工成本,具有较好的社会效益和经济效益。
The SSJ 150~18 double track material conveyor is a new type of material vertical conveyor (Figure 1). This product is the result of our research and passed the Bureau level technical appraisal in January 1987. It can be used for the construction and maintenance of houses below 6 floors, conveying various building materials. In addition, the boom can be adjusted according to the slope of the roof to allow the track to be laid directly on the roof. The emergence of this aircraft will change the current labor force, low work efficiency, installation time and other conditions brought about by the “vertical” conveying materials. It can shorten the period of house maintenance and construction, reduce construction costs, and has better social and economic benefits.
