中国加入世界贸易组织对铁路公安工作来说既有全新的发展机遇 ,又会面临严峻的挑战。本文对我国加入世界贸易组织后铁路公安机关在组织体制、管理方式、人员素质等方面存在的诸多不适应问题 ,提出了一些建设性的想法 ,力求使铁路公安机关在面临多方面挑战的同时 ,勇敢面对挑战 ,解决遇到的新问题 ,抓住这一有利发展机遇 ,使铁路公安工作步上新的台阶。
China’s accession to the World Trade Organization has both new development opportunities for railway public security and will face severe challenges. This article put forward some constructive ideas on the many unacceptable problems existing in the organizational structure, management style and quality of personnel after China’s accession to the World Trade Organization and strive to make the railway public security organs face many challenges. At the same time, Bravely facing the challenges and resolving the new problems they encountered, we should seize this opportunity for favorable development so that the railway public security work will step onto a new level.
