脑钠肽(BNP)主要由心室分泌,血浆浓度与心室体积或压力负荷程度呈正比。具有很强的排钠、利尿、扩张血管、抑制肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(RAAS)和交感神经系统活性作用,有助于充血性心力衰竭的诊断、疗效监测、预后评估和治疗。该文就BNP的生物学特性、检测方法及其在儿童心血管疾病中的临床应用简要综述。
Brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) is mainly secreted by the ventricle, plasma concentration and ventricular volume or pressure load is proportional to the degree. Has a strong row of sodium, diuretic, dilation of blood vessels, inhibition of renin - angiotensin - aldosterone system (RAAS) and sympathetic nervous system activity, contribute to the diagnosis of congestive heart failure, efficacy monitoring, prognosis assessment and treatment. This review summarizes the biological characteristics of BNP, its detection methods and its clinical application in children with cardiovascular diseases.
