2015年1月25日,原定于当日21时30分双色球第15011期摇奖直播,在没有事先预告的情况下被取消,引发了极大的震动,遭到如此多人的质疑。这说明公众对福彩中心的信任度是极其低的,其原因在于我国法律制度不够完善。对此应当建立完善的彩票监管制度,促使彩票制度能够健康发展,建立公众对彩票业的信任。
On January 25, 2015, the live broadcast of Lottery Lot 15011, originally scheduled for 21:30 on the very day, was canceled without any prior notice, triggering a tremendous shock and being questioned by so many people. This shows that the public trust in the Welfare Center is extremely low, the reason is that our legal system is not perfect. In this regard, a sound lottery supervision system should be established to promote the healthy development of the lottery system and establish the public’s trust in the lottery industry.
