在锅炉压力容器定期检验中,无损检测是决定检验工作质量最主要的方面之一,磁粉探伤又因为他对表面及近表面缺陷具有很高的检测灵敏度。并能够直观地显示出缺陷的位置,形状、大小和严重程度,且有易于掌握、操作简单、重复性好,在工作现场得到广泛应用。现就我在工作中遇到的两个典型工件的磁粉探伤方法和得到的一些体会总结如下: 一、液化石油气贮罐的磁粉探伤 2001年5月,我所承揽了榆林市某液化石油气站2台50m3液化气贮罐的定期检验工作。情况如下:贮罐工作压力1.6Mpa工作温度:≤45℃。
