对改良型萝卜胞质大白菜雄性不育系及其保持系的游离氨基酸、糖、激素和叶绿素含量进行了比较研究。结果表明 ,雄性不育系和保持系中苏氨酸和脯氨酸含量各占游离氨基酸总量的约 50 %。全部保持系的脯氨酸含量高于不育系 7~ 14倍。首次发现不育系的苏氨酸含量都高于保持系 2 .8~ 4倍 ,不育系天门冬氨酸含量都低于保持系。全部不育系花药的葡萄糖和果糖含量均低于相应保持系 2 6%~ 88%。所有不育系花药的 6 BA含量都低于保持系87.4 5%~ 95.35% ;在 4 /5的保持系中激动素含量低于保持系。赤霉素含量在不育系及保持系间互有增减。叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量在雄性不育系及相应保持系之间无显著差异。
The contents of free amino acids, sugars, hormones and chlorophyll in male sterile lines and maintainer lines of improved radish cytoplasm Chinese cabbage were compared. The results showed that the content of threonine and proline in male sterile lines and maintainer lines each accounted for about 50% of the total amount of free amino acids. The proline content of all the maintainer lines was 7 ~ 14 times higher than that of CMS lines. For the first time, the content of threonine in male sterile line was higher than that of maintainer line by 2.8 ~ 4 times, and the content of aspartic acid in sterile line was lower than that of maintainer line. The content of glucose and fructose in all sterile anthers was lower than that of the corresponding maintainer lines by 26% ~ 88%. The content of 6 BA in anther of all the sterile lines was lower than 87.4 5% ~ 95.35% of the maintainer lines and that of the maintainer lines was lower than that of maintainer lines in 4 of 5 maintainer lines. Gibberellin content in the male sterile line and maintain the line between the increase and decrease. There were no significant differences in chlorophyll and carotenoid content between male sterile lines and their maintainer lines.
