Farmmer’s Lung is a lung disease caused by inhalation of mildewed straw or plant dust containing common thermophilic actinomycetes or Microsporum perenne, and its clinical manifestations are mainly bronchial and pulmonary Reactive lesions in surrounding areas cause gas barrier disorders. Madsen reported in 1976 that the incidence of lung disease in some areas of Britain was 2.3 to 8.6%. Gruchow et al. (1981) also said that 6% of precipitin-positive peasants in the Wisconsin area were positive. This shows that farmer lungs are a common disease in the West. In the East, Japan has repeatedly reported such cases. In our country, especially in the areas where rice is mainly produced in the southern part of the Yangtze River, there should be peasant lungs in the warm and humid climate, only because of incomplete diagnosis and omission
