目的:了解衢州市食源性沙门氏菌在食品中的污染状况,为食源性沙门氏菌的控制与干预提供依据。方法:依据《中华人民共和国国家标准食品卫生微生物学检验方法》和国家食源性疾病监测网监测方案进行监测。结果:2002年至2009年共检测食品样品751份,检出沙门氏菌48株,检出率为6.39%;而且阳性标本主要来自生禽畜肉样品(11.4%)。结论:衢州市居民主要消费食品存在食源性致病菌污染;应加强食品卫生的监督检查和管理。
Objective: To understand the status of food-borne salmonella in Quzhou City and provide basis for the control and intervention of food-borne Salmonella. Methods: According to “National Standards of People’s Republic of China for Microbiological Testing of Food Hygiene” and the national foodborne disease monitoring network monitoring program for monitoring. Results: From 2002 to 2009, a total of 751 food samples were detected and 48 strains of Salmonella were detected, the detection rate was 6.39%. And the positive samples mainly came from raw meat samples (11.4%). Conclusion: There are food-borne pathogenic bacteria contamination in the main consumer food of Quzhou residents. Supervision, inspection and management of food hygiene should be strengthened.
