近几年来,随着医学基础理论和免疫学的进展,国内正逐渐开展各种免疫球旦自的测定。为配合临床对免疫性疾病和其他疾病的体液免疫状态的深入研究,各实验室在开展此项实验时,多采用单项琼脂扩散法,必须绘制标准曲线。此曲线是将参考血清希释成含有不同浓度的免疫球旦白量,在各种免疫板上扩散形成抗原抗体复合物的不同扩散环而制做。但是,由于血清希释比例、容器标准程度、操作误差等因素影响,经多次实验往往也难以绘制出标准曲线。
In recent years, with the progress of medical basic theory and immunology, various immunoglobulin tests are gradually being carried out in our country. In order to tie in with the clinical research on humoral immune status of immune diseases and other diseases, laboratories should adopt single agar diffusion method to carry out this experiment and draw a standard curve. This curve is made by referring to the serum concentration of immunoglobulin with different concentrations of immunoglobulin on a variety of immune plates to form antigen diffusion antibody diffusion complex diffusion ring and the system. However, it is often difficult to draw a standard curve after many experiments due to factors such as the proportion of serums released, the standard level of containers, and operational errors.
