实践出真知。作为一线教师,要在实际教学中,总结经验教训,努力钻研如何创新性地教、学、评的理论和方法,在不断尝试与反复实践中,找寻到适合一线教师课堂创新的现实道路。【案例一】学生描写班级糟糕的路队情况这几天的路队,情况非常糟糕。广播上,连续出现了N次批评。孩子们像被霜打蔫的茄子,教室气氛空前紧张。想到刚教学的“情景描写、心理描写”片段练习,这不是天赐的训练良机么?于是,我故意夸大了愤怒,想演一场戏给他们看看。
Practice the true knowledge. As a front-line teacher, we should sum up experiences and lessons in practical teaching, strive to study how to innovate the theories and methods of teaching, learning and evaluation. We should try our best to find a realistic path suited to front-line teacher’s classroom innovation through constant trial and repeated practice.
