近日从有关部门了解到,今年陕西省将新开工保障性住房33.7万套。2013年,陕西省将继续加快保障性住房建设,续建保障性住房62万套,新开工33.7万套,并在住房分配、有序退出和社会化管理方面探索新路子。据介绍,陕西省将发挥政府投资主导作用,支持和吸引社会资本的参与,保证建设质量,完善基础设施,确保公平分配和有效入住。
