目的研究D5S818,D7S820的多态性及法医学应用价值。方法应用聚合酶链反应(PCR)、聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分离及银染显带技术对武汉地区汉族232例无关个体作D5S818,D7S820位点分型调查。结果D5S818和D7S820位点分别检出8个和6个等位基因,获汉族人群基因频率分布。二位点基因型频率分布符合HardyWeinberg平衡。位点杂合度分别为08121和07934,个人识别能力分别为09416和09255,非父排除率分别为05842和05816。结论D5S818和D7S820STR位点均是高杂合度、高鉴别能力的遗传标记系统,在法医学个人识别和亲子鉴定中有较高实用价值
Objective To study the polymorphism of D5S818 and D7S820 and the forensic application value. Methods The genotypes of D5S818 and D7S820 in 232 Han unrelated individuals in Wuhan were genotyped by polymerase chain reaction (PCR), polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and silver staining. Results Eight alleles and six alleles were detected in D5S818 and D7S820 loci, respectively. The frequency distribution of the two loci was in accordance with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. The heterozygosity of the loci was 08121 and 07934, respectively. The individual recognition abilities were 09416 and 09255, respectively. The non-father exclusion rates were 05842 and 05816, respectively. Conclusion Both D5S818 and D7S820STR loci are highly heterozygous and highly differentiable genetic marker systems that have high practical value in personal identification and paternity testing of forensic science
