本文在内生增长的框架下,建立实证分析模型,对我国人力资本结构与地区经济增长的差异进行了实证分析,结果显示:不同地区人力资本结构对经济增长贡献的差异明显,其中,东部和中部地区低水平的人力资本结构不利于这类地区经济的长期增长。而西部地区劳动力人力资本水平普遍偏低,制约了西部地区的经济增长水平。因此,更加注重对西部地区基础教育的投入,提高该类地区劳动力人口的整体人力资本水平,有利于区域间经济的均衡发展。
Under the framework of endogenous growth, this paper establishes an empirical analysis model and makes an empirical analysis of the differences between human capital structure and regional economic growth in our country. The results show that the contribution of human capital structure in different regions to economic growth is obviously different. Among them, The low-level human capital structure in the central region is not conducive to the long-term economic growth in these regions. However, the labor force human capital level in the western region is generally low, restricting the level of economic growth in the western region. Therefore, paying more attention to investing in basic education in the western region and raising the overall human capital level of the labor force in such areas are conducive to the balanced development of the interregional economy.
