在《中华人民共和国档案法》正式实施一周年前夕,由全国人大常委会法工委、国务院法制局、国家档案局联合组织了全国《档案法》大检查。联合检查共分五个小组,于1988年11月24日至12月17日分别对江苏、上海、山东、四川、湖北、湖南、吉林、辽宁、天津、甘肃、陕西、山西、广西、广东、江西等15个省、自治区、直辖市执行《档案法》的情况进行了检查,并重点抽查了近百个单位的档案工作。这次《档案法》大检查是在各地区、各部门自查和检查的基础上进行的。检查组的工作得到各地人
