Main observation and conclusionrnThe employment of a-iminometallocarbenes to construct valuable N-containing compounds has attracted significant research inter-est.Herein,the nucleophilic addition of nitrosoarenes with the α-imino rhodium carbene species(Ⅰ),which is derived from Rh2(Ⅱ)-catalyzed denitrogenation of 3-diazoindolin-2-imines,to produce synthetically useful 2-iminoindolin-nitrones is described.Mechanistically,the N-attack of nitrosoarenes with the carbene site of Ⅰ is proposed.For the analogous Rh2(Ⅱ)-catalyzed reaction of nitrosoarenes with N-sulfonyl-1,2,3-triazoles reported by Li and co-workers(Org.Lett.2014,16,6394),however,the O-attack of ni-trosoarenes with the carbene site of α-imino rhodium carbene species(Ⅱ)is more favorable to occur than the N-attack.The subse-quent transformation to yield the product of N-acylamidines is rationalized based on computational studies.The mechanistic differ-ences for the reactions of nitrosoarenes with α-imino rhodium carbene species Ⅰ and Ⅱ are discussed.

文章以1978—2018年数据为基础,探讨减贫政策对人类发展指数(HDI)三大指标——收入、教育和人口预期寿命的贡献程度。结果表明:贫困人口每减少1万,人均GDP增长0.191元,减贫政策对收入的贡献56.90%;贫困人口每减少1亿,成人识字水平提高2.002%,减贫政策对人口受教育水平的贡献率达到43.18%。从减贫政策对人类发展指数的内部贡献来看,减贫政策的首要贡献在于提高了人口平均预期寿命,其次是对人口受教育水平的贡献,最后才是对经济增长和人均收入增长的贡献。
