新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(Hypoxic-Ischemic Encephalopathy,HIE)是围产期脑组织缺氧及血流灌注低下引起的脑部损害。近年磁共振波谱(MRS)技术能更好的提示早期HIE病理变化,本研究主要探讨MRS技术对早期HIE患儿的诊断价值。
Hypoxic-Ischemic Encephalopathy (HIE) is a brain injury caused by hypoxia and hypoperfusion in perinatal brain. In recent years, magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) technology can better prompt the pathological changes of early HIE, this study mainly explore the diagnostic value of MRS in early HIE children.
