随着电力体制改革的不断深化,电力企业迎来了新的挑战和机遇,如何在原有人力的基础上提升员工的素质,提高电力企业适应外界变化的能力,成为一个急需解决的课题。为此,针对实际培训效果不尽如人意的情况,结合电力企业培训工作的实际经验和思考,提出了“培训的关键在于重视培训的全过程”的这一理念,强调应从培训计划制定、过程管理、效果监督等环节进行全过程把控。实际培训结果表明,采用该理念的培训工作是行之有效的。
