观察苏木对同种异位心脏移植大鼠心肌内颗粒酶BmRNA表达的影响。采用以Wistar大鼠为供体 ,以SD大鼠为受体 ,建立大鼠腹腔异位心脏移植模型 ,以RT PCR法检测心肌中颗粒酶 (Gra )BmRNA表达。结果表明苏木能明显降低心肌颗粒酶BmRNA的表达。苏木水煎剂有明显的抗免疫排斥作用 ,可能是通过抑制颗粒酶BmRNA的表达而发挥免疫抑制作用
To observe the effect of hematoxylin on myocardial granzyme B mRNA expression in allograft heart transplantation rats. Wistar rats were used as donors and SD rats were used as recipients to establish rat heterotopic abdominal heart transplantation model. The expression of granzyme B mRNA in myocardium was detected by RT-PCR. The results show that hematoxylin can significantly reduce myocardial granzyme B mRNA expression. Sumatra decoction has a significant anti-immune rejection, probably by inhibiting the expression of granzyme B mRNA and play an immunosuppressive effect
