目的 :探讨儿童白内障人工晶状体植入术手术方式的选择、术中操作及并发症的处理。方法 :通过对 5 6只儿童白内障眼行人工晶状体植入术 ,采用巩膜隧道切口、掌握好手术和人工晶状体植入时机、选择适宜的人工晶状体的度数 ,观察术中及术后的情况 ,进行临床分析。结果 :术后视力恢复满意 ,0 1～ 0 3者 11只眼 ,0 3～ 0 5者 5只眼 ,0 5～ 1 0者 35只眼。结论 :儿童白内障人工晶状体植入术术中及术后处理有其特殊性 ,只要手术及时 ,手法得当 ,会取得满意效果
Objective: To explore the selection of surgical methods for cataract extraction and intraocular operation and the treatment of complications in children. Methods: Fifty-six pediatric cataract eyes underwent intraocular lens implantation. The scleral tunnel incision was used to grasp the timing of operation and intraocular lens implantation. The degree of intraocular lens implantation was selected. The intraoperative and postoperative conditions were observed and the Clinical analysis. Results: The postoperative visual acuity recovered satisfactorily. There were 11 eyes of 0 1 ~ 0 3, 5 eyes of 0 3 ~ 0 5 and 35 eyes of 0 5 ~ 1 0. Conclusions: Cataract surgery and postoperative management of cataract in children has its own particularity. Satisfactory results can be obtained if the surgery is performed in a timely manner and the manners are appropriate
