我厂推广组在苏联专家冈卡洛夫同志的指导和具体帮助下,改进了一种高速综合车刀。这种车刀的形状如图1,在刀杆头部的两侧上各焊一个硬质合金刀头(加工钢料用 T_(30)K_4,加工铸铁用 BK_3)。这种车刀有如下的特点:1)这种车刀实际上是一种多刃车刀;在加工时可以不必转动刀架,也就是不需换刀,就可以加工外圆、内孔、端面、倒稜及割槽等。所以一把高速综合车刀可以代替三、四把普通车刀,不但节省刀杆材料,还可减少辅助时间。2)使用硬质合金 T_(30)K_4 和 BK_3,切削速度比用 T_(15)K_6和 BK_8高1~2倍
