随着电力设备智能化的发展,对设备效能的分析有助于实现变电站的以可靠性为中心的维修和经济运行。文中在研究武器系统效能评估方法的基础之上,对电力二次设备的效能进行评估。采用可用性、可信性和固有能力(ADC)效能评估方法,建立二次设备在运行过程中的可用性、可信性和固有能力3个维度的量化模型。从板卡级别提取指标,建立二次设备固有能力指标体系,形成电力系统二次设备的效能评估模型,并针对智能变电站二次典型设备——合并单元,对模型进行了验证。
With the development of intelligent power equipment, the analysis of equipment efficiency helps to achieve the reliability-centered maintenance and economic operation of the substation. Based on the study of the weapon system effectiveness evaluation method, the paper evaluates the performance of the secondary power equipment. The availability, credibility and inherent ability (ADC) performance evaluation methods are used to establish a quantitative model of the three dimensions of usability, credibility and inherent ability of the secondary equipment in operation. The indicators were extracted from the card level to establish the secondary capacity index system to form the secondary performance evaluation model of the power system. The model was validated for the secondary typical equipment of the substation - the merging unit.
