4G时代如期而至。对于4G,不管是运营者——电信运营商,还是消费者——电信用户,都充满了期待,但各自的诉求却不完全一致。电信运营商满心期待4G以更快的传输速率、更优的通信质量、更多的应用承载来拓宽利润来源渠道,以抵消传统通信业务持续下滑造成的利润损失;而电信用户则万分希望以最低廉的价格享受4G最丰富的应用和运营商最优质的服务。所以,从某种角度讲,两者都是逐利者,单纯指责任何一方都有失公正。4G只有满足了各方面的诉求,才能走上健康发展之路。
