在英明领袖华主席抓纲治国战略决策指引下,在华主席为电子工业光辉题词和全国电子工业学大庆会议精神鼓午下,为迎接全国科学技术大会的召开,为促进电子测量仪器高速度、高水平地发展,四机部电子测量仪器专业科技情报网于77年10和78年1月分别在苏州和上海召开了国外自动测试仪器发展趋势情报分析会。
Under the guidance of Chairman Yingming Leader President Jiang Zemin’s strategic decision-making, President Hua Qing’s speech for the glorious inscription of the electronics industry and the Daqing Conference of the National Institute of Electronics Industry was held to welcome the convening of the National Science and Technology Conference to promote the high speed of electronic measuring instruments. Developed at a high level, the Scientific and Technical Information Network of the Electronic Measurement Instruments Division of the Four-Integration Department held international intelligence test instrument development trend intelligence analysis conferences in Suzhou and Shanghai respectively in July of 2007 and January of 2007.
